For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the down payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have gotten your final approval for the products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sales or project engineer. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

The payment terms we accept are:

1). For small amount of samples, the feasible payment term are Western Union, Alipay, MoneyGram, or WeChat.

2). For normal order, the payment term is T/T in advance.

3). For big amount, 30% down payment and balance before shipment.

4). 30% down payment and balance against Irrevocable L/C at sight is considered for huge amount order.

For road sweepers, floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment or machines, the warranty is one year, the solar products are 2-3 years.

All the warranties are non-site, don’t include wearing parts, and external force damages. We supply parts  for replacement in free of charge during warranty period. The parts  for replacement will be charged after warranty period.

Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature sensitive items. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.

The shipping cost depends on the shipping method.

Express shipping is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. Ocean shipping is the best solution for big amounts.
